Development Advisors serve as the principal advisor to commanders and supervisors on career management and retention. We are the liaison for career counseling, professional enhancement courses, and the promotion of career broadening opportunities to include retraining, special duty assignments, commissioning programs and all Foundational courses.

It was absolutely outstanding. The speakers selected spoke truly to every question i had regarding leadership in their briefings. All the briefings felt very intentional and spoke true to the current climate we're in as the military. I left the summit with more tools in both supervisory and personal bag regarding being a leader. 10/10, I'd recommend again!

Fantastic line up! I lvoe that the briefer's were relatable despite the age difference in the audience. It was interactive which helped combat the afternoon drag and provided more tangible information to learn from. Looking forward to the next one.
